SQUARES Data Accumulator

The SQUARES Data Accumulator turns your daily data sheets into a complete picture of every learner's growth. If you use the SQUARES of Emotion data tools, you already know the routine: each day produces a CSV file for every sheet you run using whole-group observations, lessons, self-reports, and more. The Accumulator is a free companion tool that collects all of those daily files into one organized, longitudinal record. Download it once from this page, keep it on your own computer, and simply drag each day's files into it. It recognizes every SQUARES file automatically, skips anything you've already added, and builds running charts of lesson accuracy, emotional volatility, color and intensity distributions, Values and Social Distance, and curriculum progress for one learner or your whole classroom, across any date range you choose.

Your data never leaves your computer. Like all SQUARES tools, the Accumulator runs entirely in your browser: nothing is uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server, so learner information stays only with you. When it's time to share progress, one click extracts any learner's complete story: an auto-written narrative summary, graphs, and data tables, downloadable as a polished PDF for IEP meetings, supervision, or your records. Plus, there is a friendly one-page family report that drafts itself from the data you've collected. Whether you're tracking one child in home services or twenty in a classroom, the Accumulator replaces a folder full of spreadsheets with a single, living record of social-emotional growth.
